Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

This document describes the terms of participation in the affiliate program. By using the affiliate system, you agree to the conditions described below.

1. Commission Structure

Affiliates receive 30% recurring commissions from payments made by referred users during the active attribution period.

			Recurring commissions remain active for the full 5-year attribution period starting from the referred user’s registration date.
		

Commission applies to all successful payments made by the referred user within the active attribution period.

2. Attribution Rules

Cookie Duration

Referral tracking is stored for 5 years. If a user registers within this period after clicking your link, the referral will be assigned to your account.

3. Balance System

The affiliate system uses a two-stage balance model.

Pending Balance — commissions generated from completed paid orders. These funds remain locked during a 14-day holding period.
Available Balance — commissions that successfully passed the holding period and became eligible for withdrawal.

Withdrawals are processed manually by the administration within 7 business days after the holding period is completed.

Commission Processing

Commissions are generated automatically after a referred order is successfully paid.
Each commission is linked to a specific order ID and stored individually in the affiliate system.
After the 14-day holding period expires, commissions are moved from Pending Balance to Available Balance.
All payout history and commission records are stored internally for accounting and fraud prevention purposes.

4. Payout System

Payouts are processed once per week based on Available balance.

Minimum payout threshold: $50 USDT
Payments are sent automatically to approved crypto wallets
Supported networks: USDT TRC20 / ERC20 / BEP20

5. Traffic Policy

The affiliate program allows a wide range of traffic sources, including:

SEO traffic
YouTube content
Telegram channels
Twitter / X
Forums and communities
Paid advertising campaigns
Reddit traffic

All traffic sources must comply with general ethical marketing standards and must not violate applicable laws.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Self-referrals or creating accounts for personal use
Fake or automated registrations
Bot traffic or artificially generated clicks
Spam campaigns (email, messaging, comments)
Misleading or false advertising claims
Impersonation of the brand or company representatives
Brand bidding on restricted keywords
Fraudulent or abusive traffic sources

Any violation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of earned commissions.

7. Account Security & Fraud Prevention

The system reserves the right to review traffic and transactions for fraud detection purposes. Suspicious activity may result in delayed or denied payouts.

8. Wallet Changes

Withdrawal wallet addresses can be updated once every 24 hours for security reasons.

9. Program Modifications

The affiliate program terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the system indicates acceptance of updated terms.
